Amazing cart

This is my 3rd cart. I busted the first two one after vigorously putting them to work. Yes the wheels are always the same problem. But for the sale price I would still buy a new one. I have used them to do landscaping and for moving. There fantastic carts.

Accessing replacement part IMPOSSIBLE

As the title suggests, finding a replacement castor is an IMPOSSIBILITY! No part in store, no part at Mastercraft and manufacturer does not answer phone. The usual frustrations in this modern age!

Convertible Hand Truck

Rubber air filled tires are great on uneven surfaces. The hard rubber smaller wheels are hard to maneuver unless on flat surfaces when used as a hand cart.
Moved heavy boxes ups and down stairs quite easily with the large rubber tires.
This hand truck maybe too heavy for all users.

A: Mine didn't either, but it's pretty straightforward. The only thing I wasn't sure about were the pins (look like hairpins) to hold the tires in place. You actually have to bend them a little to keep the bar holding the tires in place.

Q: So its been a few weeks. The caster wheels fell off and the blots are missing. What can I do? The store is far away and not very helpful.

A: This product carries a 1 year exchange warranty redeemable at any Canadian Tire store. We do not have replacement parts for this dolly. They are available for purchase through the manufacturer by calling 1-800-810-TEST(8378).

Q: Where do the 2 large washers go? There was no documentation with the unit so I'm not sure where the 2 large washers go? Do they go on the outside of each wheel next to the cotter pins or do they go on the inside of each wheel?

A: Assembly Instructions for Convertible Hand 60-0513 1- Remove all parts from silver bag and brown box 2- Slide washer on silver axle. 3- Slide the large wheel onto the axle rod. Ensure the air valve is facing the outside. 4- Insert the small silver cotter pin into the hole of the silver axle and separate the 2 ends of the cotter pin using pliers. 5- Duplicate steps 2, 3, and 4 for the other tire 6- For the caster (smaller wheels), attach the caster using the 4 screws, nuts and washers to the flat plate the has the 4 holes for each wheel 7- For hand truck use: Place the "U" shaped handle in the holes when the unit is upright on 2 wheels, then align holes and insert large cotter pin to secure handle 8- For cart use: Lay unit on its 4 wheels and insert the "U" shaped handle in holes, then align holes and insert large cotter pin to secure handle. 9- The assembly should be complete. For safety make sure the cotter pins don’t fall out, the pins in the handle are inserted properly and the nuts are firmly screwed onto the casters. 10- Inflate tires to recommended air pressure
