Fits under the cabinet OK. Had a problem changing the paper towel roll. One of the silicone rings that hold the spindle broke while trying to remove it. Needs better design.

A decent value, does what I needed

It's good enough for what I needed in the laundry room to keep a roll of paper towels handy but out of the way. A decent value, at least in comparison to the other more expensive "designer" type holders meant for a (fancy) kitchen setting. The only minor issue I have with it is that the roll moves *too* freely, with no tension against which to pull/tear off a piece of paper towel, which makes it a "two hand operation" - if there were something applying a bit of friction to the roll, I'd give it 5 stars.
