I bought the item… it was in very poor condition. We asked for a discount of a replacement in good condition and were instead told that wasn’t possible. So I returned it.

Poor Quality Breaks Easily

There is no quality any more. One of the wheels broke the first time I used this. I replaced the wheel, but within a couple months the base had a crack and two other wheels had broken. The tower also has a habit of tipping over if more than one drawer is opened at a time. As much as I like the wider drawers, the poor quality means I can not recommend this product. I am very disappointed in Canadian Tire's lack of quality and care.
