Q: is it the same cleaning formula as the foam was?

A: I have never used the foam but it cleans amazingly. I think it would be easier to use then foam and leaves windows and mirrors looking great as well as the dash etc. Doesn’t freeze and does a great job cleaning mud from winter driving off the mirrors so that one can see again. Not much help as this is a question for Turtle Wax themselves.

Q: info is it safe to use on tinted windows?(factory tinted or aftermarket tinted or film tinted etc)or it is just for dashboard and windshield cleaning?can we apply any dash protectant after using this product?

A: Yes, this product is safe to use on tinted windows. While the Turtle Wax Dash & Glass does clean and protect your dashboard against future UV exposure, there is no harm in using an additional protectant product.
