Q: why were the locks changed mine did not come with key locks
12 years agoA: They were re-called. You should take yours back to the store for an exchange as they have been corrected with key locks.

Q: Where can I buy replacement latches for this box. I have scoured the internet and have been unsuccessful. The locking cylinder fell out of one of the latches and I didn't notice until I got back to camp.

Q: What are the dimensions of the opening and since the top is angled what is the height at front and back.
12 years agoA: The opening on this trail box is 29” x 9 ¼”. The overall size of the lid is 36 ¾” x 17” which would also be the size of the storage area. The opening that is cut on this box is smaller than the actual storage area. On the base only- front height is 10 5/8” and the rear height is 11 ¾”. With the lid- the front height is 13 ½” and the rear height is 14 3/8”
