Bindings snap in cold weather

We used these for 4 snowshoe adventures. The first time it was -1 and they worked great, but the next few trips it was below -10 and the plastic binding wouldn’t stay closed. On our last trip the binding snapped and one snowshoe got lost in the deep snow and couldn’t be recovered. Very disappointed.

bindings too small

As another reviewer noted, the length of the toe straps is too short, meaning your child's feet will outgrow these snowshoes before they should. I had the same issue with the size down for my 4 year old and bought these online hoping it would fix the issue. For some reason Tubb's is being cheap on the length of the strap, which renders them useless. My child was just 4 and couldn't get her feet into snow shoes rated for 4-8 year old...these ones are the next step up and only slightly better. I will be returning these. I would recommend you look elsewhere so that you find a pair that will last more than one season.

just bought today... and just came in from a walk abt the lake... got the straps adjusted for a good fitting... and.. the shoes were easy to maneuver in... i would recommend one to purchase these...the straps could be just abit longer for the front... but impressed. enjoyed my walk.

Bindings too small

My son was gifted this after much reserach by a family member - although the sizing is appropriate to his weight, the bindings only just barely fit his boots at the extreme maximum. This is a design oversight - since youth in this weight range (generally pre-teens) have a wide range of shoe sizes. They won't fit next year, this is really disappointing.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Snowshoes for Christmas

I was glad to find two pairs of snowshoes at one CT location when snowshoes were in very short supply everywhere over this Xmas season. I ordered online and received confirmation of the order and a date. It was unclear whether I would receive them on this date or they would be sent out on this date. There was no further communication, so I was left wondering about my order. Communication could be better. However, the package did arrive within a week or so of ordering. The snowshoes are a hit with my grandchildren and so far are a quality product. I was told these are a good brand.
