ok but not gtreat

bought this unit 2 years ago
first year no issues cleared snow and i was amazed at how well it did
second winter noticed gas tank moving around. found bracket broken
so fixed that
then chute would only go from center to right seemed jammed from center to left
found cable was off so fixed and it did again
also left wheel freezes up
not really worth the price we paid for it
No, I do not recommend this product.

easy start, light weight

Bought this 3 years ago, returner the 1st in due to chute position cable unraveling. second unit had problem with fuel tank bracket breaking off the chassis, this year the fuel tank bracket is loose again. will have to pay for this to be fixed again.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this machine almost 4 years ago, in January 2018. I liv e in a row house condominium & only have to look after my double car driveway. It handles this job easily, as long as I don't let the snow get too deep (it handles 6" without any problem).It throws the snow a good 25 to 30 feet, I have to be careful not to blow it on my neighbours driveways. Starts like a charm & is easy to manuover.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this last year, works great for a little machine. Like anything single stage blower it does bog down in wet snow. Reason why I gave it 4 stars is because of that and the fact the right wheel really like to ice up and stop rolling. I do keep my blower in the garage so the heat may have something to do with that.

A: Yes it can. I would recommend checking the engine manual, it will recommend the type of oil based on typical temperature ranges for your area. Thanks for the question.

A: This single stage snow thrower has a dry weight of approx 87 lbs. Adding engine oil and filling the fuel tank with fresh, ethanol-free gasoline will add a few lbs.
