Did What I Wanted/Needed

a year ago

This tape allowed me to fix three patio chairs that has places that had been rusted out. I was able to cover those places, sand the mend tape and paint over it. Did what I had wanted.

Q: can I wrap this around the muffler to cover a hole.. ???

A: I wouldn't recommend it for that application. Canadian Tires carry other tape for your purpose. The operating temp for a muffler is too hot for this tape.

Q: Is the tape actually 3 mm (.12") thk. as stated in the specs if measured with a micrometer?
