Q: How well does this Tremclad Auto rust paint, stick to other paints? I have some partially painted parts that have Rust Bullet Industrial paint on it, I want to top coat them with Tremclad Auto Rust paint, perhaps the PRO level. Will that stick well??

A: Hi Allie, Great question! We have not tested our Tremclad Automotive Pro Rust Spray Paint over other brands so we are not aware of what reactions may occur. However, if you still would like to give it a try, we recommend testing both products on a test sample to be safe. Another recommendation is to leave the parts of your car body frame in a well ventilated area for one week after painting. This allows for the most complete curing as well as maximum coating hardness and could also help to avoid any possible wrinkling when another product is applied.
