Q: Is the total tackle king salmon spinning combo a good strong rod and what can you catch on it also is it tuff for fish with alot of energy?

A: think about it.its gotta bring in a salmon.it can handle a good 20 pounds at least.it can handle any fish within the rivers and lakes in Canada.maybe not use it for sport fishing in the ocean but for normal use its perfect.you should get a nice long cast with the flick of the 8 foot length
