Production. Service was bad.

The product is fine but the experience was bad again. There was a long lineup at the cash and only one cashier. The wait was close to twenty minutes to get to the cashier. I think that is ridiculous that I have to waste my time to spend money at Canadian tire. The store at Lakeshore is not managed well.

[Employee of canadiantire-ca] This sled sucks. No back on it so the person riding in the rear has nothing to lean against and nothing to hold them in. The plastic is too thin and it just doesn’t have enough room.
