    Light weight, easy to maneuver

Had the tube about a month now, fishing gentle current river and small lake. Lots of fun. Lots of zippered storage. Backpack straps get the job done (hiked 1/2 mile to a lake-not sure how comfortable a longer distance would be). Be prepared to get a wet rear end, not a problem in warmish water, a pair "wet pants" works well for cooler water. Pro tip-purchase flippers which float if you drop one in the water -learned that the hard way. The seat is OK, it's not a lazy boy recliner but it gets the job done.I like that I can throw it in the back of my small pickup and be fishing in no time. I hang it from my garage ceiling (inflated) when not in use.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Both bladders leak

After two years of occasional use, both bladders are now leaking. I stored the tubes uninflated and only filled them prior to use. Now, both bladders are leaking and to make matters worse, they are not covered by any warranty. Not good.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Purchased this float tube new just a couple of years ago. I've used it maybe a dozen times. The majority of the time it has been stored in the garage. I've always let the air out and stored it flat on a shelf. It has never been subjected to any extremes in weather... extreme heat, cold, sun, etc. I have never over inflated it either. This past weekend I took it fishing for the first time in almost a year. Even though it still looks brand new within a few hours the front orange nylon panel material began tearing apart causing the bladders to bulge out. I immediately paddled to shore and deflated both air bladders. Ironically, I have a 26 year old float tube from another manufacturer that has seen far worse conditions and heavy usage than what my newer Togiak has ever been subjected to. It is my back up/loaner tube. Other than a few pin holes that have been repaired I've had absolutely no problems with that old tube. Time to go back and buy the OTHER brand that lasts.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I've fished in tubes for over 30 years using everything from a truck tube with a makeshift seat strapped in with rope to elaborate models costing many times that of the Togiak. Of all the models and brands I find the Togiak to be the best of the best. The portability due to weight and size make it excellent for hiking in to most lakes yet it is big enough to be completely stable and worry free. The storage pockets offer more than ample space for fly boxes, tippet, water, lunch, etc. The seat places the angler higher in the water than smaller tubes but also keeps you low enough to manuver even in brisk winds. Combined with Classic Accessories Turbo Thrust fins I find it the most enjoyable combination I have ever used. After owning mine for less than a year my wife replaced her "donut" style tube with a Togiak and spends much more time on the water with me over the last 3 years. She especially likes the ease of entry, manuverability, stability and weight when we make the 2 mile round trip hike into a local lake. Reviews on other sites have mentioned the seat being uncomfortable however once properly adjusted the Togiak's seat makes fishing akin to lounging in a lawn chair. I've spent up to 10 hours in a single day with only 2 short breaks with absolutely no issues. At the end of the season a quick wash and dry is all that's needed to get it ready for winter storage in it's original box.

    Yes, I recommend this product.
