Q: I am wanting to install this on a holiday trailer. Would this work?

  • A: This TireMinder kit is intended for use on cars, trucks or SUVs. It may not have sufficient range for your vehicle + trailer application and subsequently require a range extender (sold separately).

Q: Does Canadian Tire sell the booster that is mentioned in the previous question and if yes how much is it?

Q: Is the range suitable enough and can the system be safely used on an RV / travel trailer / 5th wheel?

  • A: This product is designed for Trailers, Cars, Trucks and SUVs running 80 PSI or below, with a maximum of 5 tires. A booster is required for use on a trailer. It offers optional 5th spare tire monitoring.

Q: What's the lowest pressure it will read? My sxs has a 7 lb reading will this work?

  • A: Technically, it should read, however at such a low psi, the alert button for high pressure will alarm at 8 psi. You can change the baseline.
