Exceptiona carpet cleaning for dog hair and dust.

I bought this vacuum while on sale last year. I knew that the battery life wasn’t extensive so wanted this model for the spare battery. I am astounded how much dust the vacuum obtains from carpeting. It also does a fabulous job on hard wood. It’s easy to empty and my children actually don’t mind using it which encourages them to vacuum their own rooms

Very good all around; suction, battery life, attachments, weight balance. Only problem is it's an absolute mess to clean the filter and bin. Do it outside because it's like setting off a dust bomb

This little thing picks up dust and little rocks like no tomorrow. Great vacuum for quick jobs or the whole house. The batteries take no time to charge. Fairly lightweight and easy to clean. Get it while it’s on sale!

Q: Does long human hair get collected? Difficult to remove?

A: The T3 EX has enough suction power and large enough debris opening to collect longer human hairs. If hair does tangle around the brush, you can easily remove the brush head cover and cut the hair. If you have a pet or an excess amount of hair that needs to be collected, we recommend the Tineco Pure One S15 Pet EX that features an Anti-Tangle brush head that has internal combs which cut through hair and prevents tangling.

A: Very simple all you do is disconnect from the main body press the trigger and the cleaned material is in the trash. no rocket science needed to operate, a super good vacuum

A: I use it both on carpets and hardwood and luxury vinyl tile in kitchen. It has three speeds so you can up the suction power. Had a nice light on front don’t can see dirt you didn’t know was there. Two batteries mean you always have o e to replace if it dies.

A: The batteries can be charged in the vacuum or removed. There are two batteries, so you can change batteries if you go dead in the middle of cleaning. The Vacuum needs to be stored on the included wall mount. It will stand alone, but it is not stable.

Motorized accessories and battery bought separately come with a 1-year warranty.

A: The crevice tool that comes with the T3 EX can be found on image #2 on the Canadian Tire product page. It's long body and narrow opening make it a great option for cleaning in between couches, baseboards and other hard-to-reach areas.

A: To maintain high performance, wash and dry the pre-filter monthly, replacing every 6 months. Wash and dry the HEPA filter every 3 months, replacing every 12 months.

A: The T3 EX uses the same pre filter as used in the following Tineco models: PWRHERO 10, PWRHERO 11, T1 EX, T2 EX , and T3 EX, Pure One X and Pure One 11EX. You can find a replacement filter kit for the T3 EX on the Canadian Tire website.
