Based on your description, it seems that you encountered issues with the machine not dispensing water initially. We apologize for the inconvenience this must have caused and are glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue by priming the solution port. Additionally, we’re pleased to know that you are happy with the cleaning mode and the results it provides.
For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time. We also suggest checking the water tank and solution bottle to ensure they are properly filled and connected before each use.

5 months agoA: Yes, I checked directly with Tineco. When I got to Canadian Tire and looked at the product vinyl floors are mentioned on the box as well.
