Great pellet stove

Purchased this to replace the existing pellet stove of the same model as i wouldn’t have to change the chimney and the stove is wonderful at keeping the house warm and toasty

Very good stoove

I use this stoove for full four years and very happy with it. Zero problems could be adjusted for any pellets. Heating house of 3000 sq ft in north Manitoba. Burns about 4 skids of pellets a year. Very satisfied

no catch tray for cleaning the ashes out. doesnt use all the pellets in the bin.
However, does produce alot of heat on lowest setting

A: Je n'ai pas vu beaucoup de différence de consommation. Il est dans la cave et donc chauffé et plancher plus chaud . Donc, les plinthes fonctionne moins. Pour moi , ça été un bon achat.

A: There are several different possibilities as to why the auger would stop feeding. There is a safety switch tied into the auger motor which might have tripped for some reason. You could possibly have a faulty auger motor. Something in the bag of pellets that was put into the hopper might have jammed the auger. There are several possibilities. The very best way to determine why the unit is not feeding is to call our tech support line when you can be next to the stove. Q: Can I vent this through my chimney (where my woodstove is currently connected)?

A: Yes, but you want to carefully consider the chimney. If the chimney is too tall it can hurt the performance of the pellet stove. With a pellet stove, the more short and direct the connection the better the stove will perform. That is because a pellet stove has a blower that is doing all of the drafting work mechanically. I would say anything over 15' you will, want to reconsider. And even if you have exactly 15' I recommend going to the top of the chimney with pellet vent pipe and capping it off properly.

Q: on a lo setting, how long will the 120 Lbs of pellets burn without a refill ?

A: On a low setting, a full 120 hopper should last about 3 days without running out of pellets.
