11 years agoA: Our product experts at Thule have confirmed the Chariot CX2 will only fit in the Thule Pulse XL box if the Chariot carrier is disassembled (wheels, conversion kits, accessories) and folded. The chariot, when folded and disassembled, measures 43” x 31.5” x 12”.

If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or breaks under normal use, the manufacturer has committed to offering the customer a replacement of the same model or of equal value if the model is no longer available. In most cases, your local Canadian Tire is happy to facilitate this exchange with the original receipt. Otherwise, we recommend making a claim directly with the manufacturer.
