Bought this rack 2 years ago and it was great till I went to buy the extension the bolts holding the rack together stripped you would think they would be stronger considering the hefty price tag

We love the Thule Canyon XT. It was a little bit of a pain in the neck to install but once it was done, it's great. The noise on the roof increases slightly but it is almost like a white noise which is great for our kit.

Got this for my Highlander with the extension and it fits perfectly. I I have a panoramic roof and was concerned that the moonroof wouldn’t clear the U-bolts for the rack, it had no problem at all. Easy to install. Only issue was the bolts holding down the wind deflector kept coming off, so I just used black zip ties.
