Thule Produce Misrepresented on Canadian Tire Site.

The Roof Rack that you show on your site and, indeed, the photo that is attached to this review email is not the product that was shipped to me. The aperture where the locking mechanism rests (the hole in the upper part of the clamp) is shown to be round here. The product you sent was actually a slotted format (rectangular-ish). I've had to follow up with Thule directly and share my concerns that a major supplier doesn't have up-to-date information on their site. I hope you can get this sorted with the company as it proved a frustration for my travels.
