just 4 stars for now as it's still fairly new but it's held up well getting tossed around Jon's sites, my car and the floors of heavy machinery and is holding up great keeps my tea warm all day, happy so far.

I like it better than the other thermos' I've bought, because you 'know' when the lid is closed. I've had too many instances with the ones that slide horizontally, not remembering if I closed it, ruining things. And keeps things hot a very long time!

Holds 3 cups. Boiled water and heated thermos. filled with fresh boiled water 205 F. 14 hours later - in the house, not outside, temperature 135 F . Warm enough for when you regain consciousness after a party - you have something to part the cobwebs and wash down the asprin. Haven't yet tried a cold test with whine...
