Good product

Holds heat well. I filled it with 95°C water and after 12 hours the temperature was 65°C, which I think is pretty good considering I probably won't really need it to hold temperature for more than 4-6 hours at most. Haven't tested the long term reliability but it seems well made.

Rust spots inside

a year ago

Bought this a year ago and was ok with the occasional leakage of it tipped because it kept the water hot for several hours. It only ever held water, was cleaned and dried and stored in a cupboard for 6 months, then we noticed large rust spots inside. Thermos says it is no longer safe to use. Really disappointed

A: This products works great for work or office. I have 4 of them...2 I bought last year; and the other 2 purchased just last month. They are all working perfectly and properly. You won't be disappointed.

A: You can try filling the pump pot with baking soda with hot water mixture in a 1 to 1 ratio. Alternatively, you can also try baking soda and vinegar mixture in a 1 to 1 ratio, but please do this in a well ventilated space.
