Q: It says it has flickering LEDs does the light look like there is a flame inside?

Q: Was this supposed to come with a base also so it can sit on a table as it shows in the picture?
7 years agoA: Yes it comes with the base. The set includes a torch, 6 pole pieces, tabletop stand, outdoor cap, 12 hours of refills - 3 repellent mats and butane cartridge.
