Q: can you use them indoors
a year agoA: Absolutely not!! The repellent is moderately toxic. If you are outside do not have it on when food is being served.

Q: How do you know when to change cartridge?
3 years agoA: There is no indicator for the cartridge but I just open up the cover and tilt the cartridge to see if there is any liquid left.

Q: Is this safe for use around turtles and turtle ponds? What if a turtle eats the insects that have been exposed to this?
3 years agoA: Hi Maha, Use Thermacell repellers outside the stated zone of protection from any body of water. The US EPA and WHO have concluded that there is a reasonable certainty that no harm will result to the environment from use of the product. Thermacell products should not be applied to water per label instructions.

3 years agoA: I did not notice it annoying my pets. They were not directly near it though as it was on a table. It was not an issue with my cats and dog.
