Mixed Feelings

We bought this leash for our reactive husky-not sure how, but the latch let go on a walk. Both collar and leash are in tact. Very disheartening and could have been catastrophic. Our dog took off near a busy road and is VERY reactive to other animals. Up until this incident I really liked this leash. I cannot safely and comfortably use it now as I don’t know when it will let go. Would recommend if you have a well trained dog with excellent recall-maybe not so much for a disobedient husky…
