I have sent mine back to the manufacture so many times, I can't recall if it has ever worked. I just checked the memory card and apparently the red record light doesn't mean anything. Not a single thing recorded. Save your money. This is junk.

I absolutely love this model. I purchased 4 units so far. One for every member of my family. The fact that it has two cameras, is great. Night vision looks great as well...Just have to remember to turn it on...lol. I highly recommend this unit.

Poor everything

At nighttime the camera is useless. Not much better in the day time. When you play back on TV or computer the screen is split and is in the wrong aspect. Makes the objects tall and thin. When I called tech support they called me back with a message to go to the web site for best response.

I bought this camera few months back from Canadian Tire stores. It does what the company says. I had a small issue in the mount, submitted my complaint via their portal. Issue was resolved within a week. Guys in their customer service dept are awesome. I'll not hesitate to buy their products in future!! I give a 5 start rating for the product and their after sales service.

Only records small segments

I purchased this model when I bought my new Cruze and I found that it only actually records 10 minutes and 2 second clips then cuts off. It will also start recording randomly, like while I've been driving for an hour or two, without recording before. I have tried numerous settings like turning off the video looping and auto off features, but it doesn't help.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Seems to work best on the windshield. The cable is around 4 meters can be hard wired.
