I've used worse, but I also have used better.

They work best when you're wearing low cut shoes and sandals. It's borderline useless in boots.Also, be careful how tight you have them, especially around the joint area of the ankle.

I roled my ankle one day. This provides great support and holds the ankle in place so i can play sports and it is comfortable to wear.
