The stepper is a bit squeaky and I wish there was a higher resistance level. But for the price its not bad if you are just wanting it for light use.

Q: Does the stepper have different resistant levels? I need a stepper that has different resistant levels, so that I can start at the first level and work my way up to more difficult levels. I would like to purchase this one at Canadian Tire as soon as I find out, Thanks kindly

A: There is no adjustable tension resistance for this product. Please visit your local Canadian Tire store to find a product that is suitable for you.

Q: What does "Total Count" mean on the meter? I'm not sure how to read the info on the meter screen. Can you please help me? Thanks!

A: 1.Total count means total steps. 2.When you reset, other information will be missing, but data for total account will not disappear. 3.If you take off the batteries, all data will disappear.
