A good ball for exercising and bouncing!

What's great about this ball is that you can bounce it, use it to get back into shape after surgery or simply use it to exercise and shape your abs, your arms or your back muscles. Once it's inflated, you can put your knees on it and do some push-ups, or, you can pike away from it by crawling with your hands towards the ball and then away from it. It's used in physiotherapy and in gymnastics gyms. For kids registered in gymnastics, it's a great fitness ball, since kids can toss the ball around, bounce it, roll it or just play on it! Either way, people of all ages (except for babies) can use the ball to have fun and to improve their over-all fitness level. It's a real boon for gymnastics coaches, since they can take a break from coaching while kids can amuse themselves for a little while!
