The best treadmill

I have this tread mill for 10 years , I used it almost everyday for one hour, I never had any problem s . It is friendly use . No need maintenence at all.

Disappointed

Have had this treadmill for a few years now, but used very little. For the last while every time I have tried using this machine, (Model 632T) after a few minutes of running it just automatically speeds up for a few seconds and then just shuts down. Then when I shut the switch off and turn it on again it will run normal for a few minutes and then do the same thing over again, very frusturating.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great treadmill for the first time buyer

My wife is an avid runner and I have recently started working out more often. This treadmill caught my eye when it was on sale for 60% off. Because I am a larger man (270lbs) I was concerned that the belt might slip or the unit would not be strong enough to take my weight. It took approx 40 minutes to assemble, I'm not as handy as I could be, and the direction were easy to follow. We have had the unit for 3 months now and it gets used everyday by my wife or myself and no issues yet. My mother bought the Tempo 612 for only $100 less and the 632T was much easier to set up and use. It has a good range of speeds and inclines. A fan or I-pod speakers would be a nice addition but I would purchase this one again given the choice.

buyer beware

The sale price and features seem good but all the stores in my area don't have the product on display. If you buy it, take it home, assemble it and it then doesn't perform or fit your needs - it is non returnable. As the size and the speed was an issue for me determining if these features fit my needs isn't possible from the description. I need a slow treadmill but what is .5mph?

A: in the middle of display window has a spot to put your mp3 or media player but has NO speakers on this unit. At first I thought it had speakers to but no its just part of the look. :(

A: It does have an incline in .5 increments. I have only taken it up to 5.5 degrees so I cant tell you for sure how high it goes. My wife runs on it almost daily for 40-60 minutes and I use it 3 or 4 times a week for 40 min. I'm 270lbs and it work well under my weight. I've had it for 3 trouble free months.

Q: How do you keep the track from going off centre? I loosened it to put the lube on and then tightened it back up but it keeps going off to the side

A: You have to align the back roller so that the belt tracks straight. The side that the belt moves to is shorter than the other side. If your belt is way off you may have to losen it to move it to centre. When losening it, count the number of turns of the bolt on each side. The more turns out the longer the distance, so when retightening the belt turn the short side bolt out more and the long side (or the long side out less). When you are close to having the belt run straight, watch the belt run and adjust around a 1/4 turn at a time until it stays straight.
