Water sticks in this horrible pan

I have never used a more useless frying pan in my life. As stated, you can’t boil water in this pan without it sticking. Save your money and cook on some tinfoil; it’s a much better cooking vessel.

Great pan for some things

This pan has some really unfair reviews on here. If you don't know how to cook with or clean a stainless steel pan than this one isn't for you. I personally love this pan for cooking steaks. The non stick works great for meats and being able to put the pan in the oven is a must have for me. With that being said I only really like this pan for cooking meat. If could only have 1 frying pan in my kitchen, it wouldn't be this one. Luckily I have many to choose from and when it comes to cooking that perfect steak, I'll choose this pan every time.

I used this pan for sauteing some vegetables and after when cleaning it I found I could not get the stains out of the bottom. I tried several cleaners and lots of elbow grease but the brown stains wouldn't budge. I only had veggies on low to medium heat and if this is the condition after one use it will be a mess after months of use. I will be returning the product.

It did release

I bought this frying pan and had no problem with butter and eggs for a quick breakfast. I don't think they read how high a heat was optimal. I like the pan. Maybe because they scratched the surface with scouring pads it made the pan less releasing. This is what I would assume.

Il faut apprendre à s'en servir mais cette poêle est parfaitement anti-adhésive si on baisse l'intensité de cuisson. Elle fonctionne avec l'induction.
