Q: Where can I get it serviced? The power connector is loose and needs to be opened to get at the internal connector. Currently causes skipping and temporary freezing. It was purchased two weeks ago.

A: This unit carries a one year exchange warranty against manufacturing defects. We would suggest taking it, along with your receipt, to your local Canadian Tire store for an exchange. Warranty exchanges without the original receipt will be offered at the Canadian Tire store’s discretion.

Q: Can it be hooked up to your TV so you can watch movies through your TV? How? Does it have HDMI or another type of adapter?

A: Yes – 035-2696 can be connected to a TV with the A/V out function which is on the DVD player.
