Bulb pulsing

I bought one of these yesterday to replace a Philips LED spotlight for my kitchen. I have 6 recessed spot lights in my kitchen on a dimmer. This bulb is pulsing. Not a flicker but a pulse. The other 5 Philips LED bulbs are fine. I'm going to return it and see if another bulb will work better.
No, I do not recommend this product.
