Worked perfectly

Used this as a siphon hose to drain hot tub. Ran it through basement window into laundry sink - you could also drain into sump pit. Emptied the tub in under 20 minutes. If flow too fast, hose was soft enough to squeeze it thin to slow flow rate to allow sink drain to catch up.

A: Probably not unless you are able to use adapters to make it work. I bought it for something similar, but couldnt fit it... And you can't clamp it to a slightly smaller fitting, it is too rigid to get a tight seal, and will have gaps.

A: The diameter is 1.5" and I think sewer line is much bigger than that.

Q: under the questions and answers section, you mentioned two hoses can be connected with a plastic pipe connector of 1 1/4"x3" long, I cannot find this on canadian tire web, how to search for this?

A: I did not have to connect 2 hoses, so I don't know about the connector. But if you call CanadianTire,e they can best tell you what you need.

A: Yes you can. Use a plastic pipe nipple of 1 1/4’’ x 3’’ long, as well as 2 pipe clamps for 1 1/4’’ pipe size to joint them together.
