Q: does it have a bleed hole built as it should be before the check valve

A: No it does not. The bleed hole is required under certain conditions only. The majority of the sump pumps with a bottom suction has their own bleed hole. It is the end user that has to make this hole when required.

A: It’s specs say it’s 1 1/2” but it’s ribbed to accept non rigid 1 1/2” pipe or a hose and clamp.
