The helmet fits well. The straps are easy to work with and the adjustment knob on the back allows you to easily tighten the band when wearing it, and loosen it to make it easier to put the helmet on and off. I'm not sure what to say otherwise. I have to trust that it will protect well in an accident. It does not have the technology for a lateral impact that some more expensive models have.

It is a good helmet but wished you could have a chance to get extra padding as a person would need. The visor could be a bit bigger to keep the sun out of the eyes
