Already Rusty!

I’ve rode this thing once around the block. It’s gorgeous. However, it’s already rusty on the frames and the petals!! It’s always stored inside. I’ve never had another bike do this!! Unfortunately, I don’t have the receipt to exchange.

Q: How heavy is the bike? What's the weight limit? I'm 5ft 10 in tall. Is this bike tall enough? Is it good for mom and baby seat?

A: This bike weighs 34 lbs., it should work fine with the child carrier, but depends on the model of child seat, we’d recommend you have a bike department associate at your local Canadian Tire store help you with this. When installing a child seat make sure you pay attention to safety warnings and cautions that are in the child seat manual prior to riding.

Q: I bought this bike a month ago and absolutely love it! However while I was switching gears during a ride it completely broke! The piece on the back wheel bent and broke off along with a spring. I’m pretty disappointed, can I exchange for a new one?

A: I had the same thing happen to me last year with this bike & they replaced the whole bike. It now has a flat tire tube. Wouldn't buy it again.

A: I got this bike for my daughter and all I can say is that this bike made my daughter's day. She loved the vintage design and the color. Overall It's very good on hills and a very beautiful bike. I recommend this bike to anyone who is looking for an vintage,elegant design, good on hills, and fast pace.

Q: How do I adjust the height of this seat? The manual says "loosen the clamp bolt or open the quick release lever" and there is no clamp for this supercycle but I can't confidently identify the clamp bolt on Supercycle Pathway Women's Comfort Bike, 26-in
