Dangerous to when the breaks never work

We bought two of this bike in different sizes for both kids. Both bikes had break didn’t work within a mont of use. We’ve had to fix them multiple times. Super unsafe. Also one of the original bikes was returned for another as it had a manufacturer issue. Absolute trash and for the price we paid I’m quite mad. My kids can ride their bikes safely.

A: Loosen the bolt that is holding the seat post in the seat tube, lower the seat to the desired height and then re-tighten the bolt. Keep in mind the minimum insertion line on the seat post.
