Q: How to Increase the height of the Supercycle charger bike

A: Loosen the bolt that is holding the seat post in the seat tube, raise the seat to the desired height and then re-tighten the bolt. Keep in mind the minimum insertion line on the seat post, don't raise higher than this line.

A: The bike doesn't come with water bottle cage mounts, however, there are bottle cages that strap or clamp directly to a bike frame without the need for bottle mounts

Q: Having a difficult time picking a bike as stores are now closed due to cover. Is this bike ok for a 12 year old girl - she is 5 feet?

A: Standing height is only one factor when choosing a bike. One should also consider inseam length to make sure there is enough stand-over clearance of the top tube. That being said, that bike is too small for someone who is 5' tall.
