Good bike, but assembly has issues of safety concerns. I’m disappointed.

Love the bike, but when my daughter went to ride it, the steering handle was not even tight, in fact it was so loose, it went sideways when she first rode it, causing her to fall and get hurt.

Great choice for 5'9 and under

I really do like this bike. One disadvantage is that it's not really meant for anyone over 5'9. I have the seat and the handlebars as high as they can go and I'm still not quite sitting comfortably. I am hoping that a handlebar extention will fix it right up. Otherwise, it's a nice smooth ride, tires do well on gravel roads and it's overall a good looking bike.

Seems to be a fine bike, maybe it was just poorly assembled. We will be bringing it in next time we are in town and hopefully the severe wobble can be fixed.

A: You should call you store first and ask. There may be a fee to assemble the bike as well a delivery charge. They'll be happy to explain things to you. You'll have to be patient as sometimes customer service is hard to get through by phone! enjoy your new bike, my wife loves hers. :)
