Sundance 1800 - dead and no manual to troublshoot

Started to use it this year and it died after 5 minutes. Can't find a manual to see if there is a fuse to change or if the product is just dead. I see it's discontinued, but I would in future stick with a main brand name that has a serious warranty, even if it costs a little more

I purchased this power washer to clean my patio stones 1 year ago (summer).....looks like a one time use machine. Tried using it to clean the siding of the house and it worked for 30 seconds then died.

No pressure leaks and they refused to return it because they said it has a “special warranty” don’t but it won’t even last the year. Canadian tire should stand behind their products.

Q: How do you get the hose on the Reel? I have tried everything and cannoy figure it out. Nothing in the instructions or available online.

A: Please fully detach the pressure hose from the machine. Place the hose connector onto the slot on the hose reel and start reeling the hose. Please note that the reel is a hose storage. You need to unwind the hose completely from the reel and connect it to the water outlet before operation. Thanks for your purchase.

Q: I used the Sundance 1800 model xe12 yesterday, on and off a half dozen times. No issues. Today tried turning on, nadda. Tried another plug... Nadda.. Amd a 3rd plug where it started for 2 seconds. Now won't turn on. Ideas?

Q: I bought a Sundance 1800 Electric Pressure Washer (Product # 299-2773-8) at Cdn Tire 2 years ago; last year I had to buy a replacement 3-in-1 plastic Wand with Project Dial as it was leaking badly. I only used it once and it is leaking again.

Q: Do you sell replacement outlet fittings? The one that the hose screws onto?

A: All of current Siminoz PW comes with a design that it connect the garden hose onto the pressure washer water inlet directly.
