Only took a couple hours to build. Very straightforward except for the rails of the roof where it said it had to go one way but it was impossible to line up the holes that way so by flipping them around it worked perfectly. Very happy with the stability and how much it can hold. It's just slightly shorter than our fence so looks really good in the corner of the yard. Price was reasonable as I got it on sale. Overall very happy.

A: It comes with a plastic floor and I did not build a base for it as I installed it on my unistone walk way.

Q: It says that this shed is lockable but cant see how it locks in the picture. If it is lockable is it good and secure when locked?

A: There is a sliding bar at the top and bottom of one door. The doors overlap, so when you slide the locks into place it holds both doors shut. There are holes on the handles that a lock can be slid into to lock the whole unit shut. We didn’t lock the handles, but the upper and lower sliding locks worked well last winter - it didn’t blow open in the wind and it held during snowstorms. As for security from someone trying to break in? I guess as long as you lock the handles that’s all you can do.

A: No leaks so far but it hasn't rained much. Would be easy enough to silicone any gaps. It's a great shed - simple and quick to assemble.

Q: Can you add a shelf or hooks by drilling into the walls?

A: Yes you can add 3 shelves. It is mention in the installation manual. I added a top shelf it is 12 inches wide and the shed has special grooves that will support the shelf, you do not have to drill any holes or add any support.

A: Have not finished building it but since the roof is one solid piece of moulded resin, I don't see how it would leak unless you made a hole in it.

Q: Is this shed ventilated? If not, is it possible to add vents to it for air circulation? I would like to store a portable generator, but concerned about mold/mildew formation affecting the machine.

A: The shed isn’t ventilated. You could put ventilation ports in it and cover the holes with screening or a vent cover on.

A: Yes. The shed must be anchored to the foundation through the indentations on the floor panels.
