Q: There is no manual or maintenance information that I can find online. I'm looking to adjust the front shocks...is that even possible?

A: It is advised to keep the fork stanchions clean after every ride. If a replacement fork is required please contact the store where you purchased the bike and they can reach out to the vendor.
