Incorrect Product In My Order

I had gone to the store to purchase but no inventory; online showed inventory. Purchased online but when I picked up order; wrong product. Had to make an additional trip to return product. Wasn't impressed with time and effort wasted.

A: The diameter of the cable itself, inside the PVC coating, is 3/32’’ The diameter of the clothesline is 3/16’’ Please be advise that we do not recommend to use wire clip on top of the PVC coating. You need to remove the PVC coating in order to clamp the wire cable.
