Q: Is the width of the slide more than 10 inches? I have been looking for a wider slide as my daughter is just 3 years old but on the bigger size. The picture shows it's wider than the other brands but would love to confirm before I purchase please! Thank yo

A: The slide is about 11" at the top, but as you move down the slide it narrows down and it is closer to 10" before it starts to round up on the sides, and it gets wider again at the bottom. But through the middle section I would say it is 10" maybe a touch wider, it is difficult to measure as it rounds up on both sides. You may have to just try and return if it isn't suitable.

Q: Is there supposed to be a plug for the hole in the bottom of the slide? We want to love this but without the plug, we can’t fill it with weight so it’s proving to be quite sketchy for my 17mo old. Our box certainly didn’t come with a plug.
