Takes good daylight videos and very snowy night videos. Doesn't display date/time on videos. Very little function options. This is a very basic camera.

A: The 175-9987 Stealth Cam 16MP Camera Combo, 2-pk camera is motion activated for photo/video capture. The user can set the recovery timeout between 5-120 seconds for pictures, as long as something remains active in the detection field to trigger the camera.

Q: Do these cameras have a screen in them to view the pictures and video without the need to plug into a computer?

A: No they do not. Canadian Tire do offer Stealth Cam items that make viewing images easier like the Stealth Cam 4 in 1 Card Reader 175-9986-4 that allows you to download an app to your phone, pull the SD Card from the camera and view there at camera site on your phone. Also the Stealth Cam Touchscreen SD Card Viewer 175-9157-8 that is a portable viewer you insert your card into at the camera site and view. There are also WIFI camera 175-9984-8 and Cellular camera options that allows you to view and set camera function without going to the camera itself.

Q: Are these units a No-Glo flash ? What type of flash are they ? Are there any other details ?

A: These are considered “LOW GLOW”. They have an “FX” tinted shield over the IR bulbs that help conceal the flash considerably.
