Q: I cooked soup in the pressure cooker, at 60kP for an hour. But after the time was up, it wouldn't release the pressure. After waiting for 40min I did it manually. Is something broken?

A: I usually release the pressure manually anyway, since I find it takes too long on its own.

Q: Your electric pressure cooker asserts a capacity of 8L but has maximum cooking capacity of 6L. Are you aware of that? In fact, if filled to the brim, the pot can barely contain 7.5L in volume, and the internal messure reaches no further 16 imperal cups.

A: Good to know Jack. But for me the volumes and measurements don't really matter because for my needs it holds 3 - 1L jars, and has a fairly accurate internal heat sensor, so I can rely on the temperature.

A: Avez-vous vérifié le " joint d'étanchéité" l'anneau en silicone blanc dans le couvercle, il doit vraiment être bien installé car c'est ce qui peut se produire. Cela m'est déjà arrivé après l'avoir retiré pour le laver, il était mal clippé j'ai dû réouvrir et l'installer correctement. C'est l'anneau qui scelle le couvercle.
