Looks great, things seem to stick

Have had this frypan for a year and have found that most foods are sticking to the pan, reguardless of the temperature used and the amount of cooking oil. I have been wondering if it’s my cooking?

first time using it was great, the non stick surface was easy to clean. unfortunately third used the food started sticking, and ever since then the non stick property is no longer.....everything sticks...
No, I do not recommend this product.
