So unreliable
I've had this scale for two years and it's terrible. Step on the scale once and you get one reading. Step back on once it's reset a few moments later, you'll get another reading that's different by one or two pounds. Step back on and you'll get a third reading that is once again different.
My scale is placed on a smooth kitchen tile, where all four of the scale's "feet" are level and on the same type of smooth surface. Looking for another scale now :-(
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Can the display be changed from kg to lbs?

A: This product conversion feature seems confusing. Because roughly half the buyers claimed that they can't find any "switch" on the product. In comparison, the product instructions read that this: "to convert kg to lb ""You will find the switch on the back of the scale". Half the buyer said something like this: "There is no switch. I tried pulling up and down on the "unit switch" as recommended but this did not work."

Q: Say the switch to change to pound is in the battery compartment. Cant find it ..I need help
Cant find a switch to go from kg to pounds.

A: Just bought this scale. Enclosed instructions says to convert kg to lb ""You will find the switch on the back of the scale". There is no switch. I tried pulling up and down on the "unit switch" as recommended but this did not work. I've yet to decide whether to return this or settle for a scale that shows only kg. Canadian Tire should contact the manufacturer to address these concerns.

Q: how long does display stay active?
Hi,
After placing something on the scale, how long does the display stay active before shutting off? This assumes that "something" remains on the scale. (I'm looking at getting 4 of these to set the corner weights on my race kart.)
