The Anagram Int'l Inc. Star Balloon, measuring 19-in wide, adds a celestial touch to your decor. Whether it stands alone or complements a balloon bouquet of your own design, it makes a striking statement. Each balloon comes uninflated but includes helium inflation and a ribbon. Simply bring your receipt to the store of purchase for inflation. The balloon features a self-sealing mechanism for convenience and is reusable, allowing for extended decorative use.
