Wasted Money

I bought this level, thinking it would be a help to me at my welding job. I use a Stanley FatMax tape measure, and I'm very happy with that, so I naturally expected the same quality in this level. This is so not the case. While it's easy to read, and seems to be of mostly good quality, the magnets absolutely SUCK. It is very weak, and can't hold its place, especially on vertical surfaces. Why there are only 2 magnets in this level instead of 3 or 4, I'll never understand. Stanley has a good idea withi level, but it definitely needs more and stronger magnets. Overall, I say don't waste time or money on this one.

Im not sure why the time was wasted in the manufacturing process to install magnets in this level. It literally cannot hold its own weight on a vertical surface.

Great Level for Price

As an Electrician, this Torpedo level is a mainstay of my tool bag. Highly accurate with a degree finder to help with conduit bending. Only complaint is the notched groove down the magnetic side sometimes does not site properly on certain sizes of conduit. All in all, great product.
